Published: ”Jan · Modified: ”Jan by Shelly Marie Redmond · This post may contain affiliate links · 6 Comments

My simple 3-ingredient Ninja Foodi Brussel sprouts are the perfect low carb, diabetic vegetable side dish. Perfect for weeknights, the entire family will love this side dish.

Cooked Brussel sprouts served in a white bowl over a green napkin on a white table.

    Ingredients Needed in our Recipe

    Brussel Sprouts.

    Tips on buying Brussel sprouts.

Found in the produce section of your supermarket, purchase smaller Brussel sprouts WITHOUT any yellow and loose leaves.

    Storage.

Store purchased, un-cooked Brussels wrapped in plastic in the refrigerator.

    Extra Light Olive Oil.

While I purchase extra light olive oil at my supermarket, I have many clients who will purchase at local olive oil shops.  I always pick extra light since it has a neutral flavor.

    Salt.

I am a HUGE fan of Redmond Real Salt, but please feel free to use your favorite seasonings.

How to Make Ninja Foodi Brussel Sprouts

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Toss mixture until Brussels are well coated.

Pour all ingredients into the Ninja Foodi Air Fryer basket. Close lid.

Air Crisp at 360 for 15 minutes. Shake basket.

Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.

    Serve!

What Ninja Foodi Did You Use?

I used a Ninja Foodi Programmable 10-in-1 5qt Pressure Cooker and Air Fryer.

I don’t own a Ninja Foodi? Can I use any other Air Fryer in this Recipe?

Yes! This recipe will work in all Air Fryers. Follow the exact directions and you will be thrilled with the results.

Check Out Our Video Giving You Step-by-Step Directions on Making our Ninja Foodi Brussel Sprouts with Bacon.

    How to Store Leftovers?

Since this recipe makes enough for a dinner (family of 4), I doubt you will have any leftovers. Store any leftovers in a tightly-sealed, plastic container in the refrigerator.

    Can I Freeze this Recipe?

I personally have not frozen this recipe, but as long as you place it in a tightly-sealed freezer bag, you should be fine.

How Long Does it Take to Reheat?

Air Fry (or air crisp) at 360 degrees for 3-5 minutes.

What Else Can I Serve with Ninja Foodi Brussel Sprouts?

This is a great keto Brussel sprout side that will go perfect with my Low Carb Air Fryer Chicken Tenders.

Yes! Use avocado oil. Avocado oil has a high smoke point and will work perfectly in the Ninja Foodi and any other Air Fryer.

This recipe seems a little bland. Can I add other seasonings and bacon?

Yes and yes! Please remember, I give you all a base recipe. Please please feel free to use your FAVORITE seasonings and spices. For bacon, cut into very small pieces and add while air frying the Brussel sprouts.
