Ninja Foodi Brussel Sprouts

My simple 3-ingredient Ninja Foodi Brussel sprouts are the perfect low carb, diabetic vegetable side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussel sprouts
  • 2 tsp olive oil extra light
  • 1 tsp salt Redmond Real Salt

Equipment

  • 1 Ninja foodi (can use any Air Fryer)

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Toss until Brussels are well coated.
  3. Pour all ingredients into Ninja Foodi Air Fryer basket.
  4. Air crisp (or air fry) at 360 for 15 minutes
  5. Shake basket.
  6. Air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes.
