You can find frozen Brussel sprouts as the name states, in the freezer section of your supermarket. I found mine at my local Kroger.
Tips on buying frozen Brussel sprouts?
Look for PLAIN Brussel sprouts. Food companies can be very sneaky and add in extra ingredients. Always make sure to look at the ingredient label on any frozen vegetable and double check the ingredient list is just the vegetable.
Olive oil or butter.
I encourage all my clients to use extra LIGHT olive oil. Extra light olive oil has a very mild taste. If you prefer butter, make sure to purchase 100% butter.
Salt (or seasoning of choice)
I love to use Redmond Real Salt, but please feel free to use your favorite seasonings.

Do You Put Oil in An Air Fryer?
Oil in the air fryer is an interesting discussion. You can USE oil in air fryer recipes, but DO NOT pour oil in an air fryer basket. Look for high smoke point oil sprays for the air fryer. The best oil spray for an air fryer is avocado oil since it’s smoke point is high and can handle the high temperature of the air fryer. You can use olive oil (I often use olive oil in the air fryer) if cooking at a slightly lower temperature 360 or less.
In this recipe, I used Extra Light Olive Oil.
