Keto Fried Pickles

Keto fried pickles are a super-easy, keto air fryer recipe the entire family will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 dill pickles sliced
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer

Method
 

  1. Spray Air Fryer with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Pour eggs in a bowl.
  3. In a separate shallow bowl, combine almond
    flour, Parmesan cheese, and salt.
  4. Spray Air Fryer basket with non stick cooking
    spray.
  5. Dip sliced pickles in eggs, then in almond flour
    mixture and line in Air Fryer.
  6. Repeat until Air Fryer basket is filled.
  7. Spray with non stick cooking spray.
  8. Cook at
    360 degrees for 5 minutes. Open basket. Flip.
    Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.

Additional Tips:
In place of eggs, you can use 4 egg whites.
You can substitute pork rinds for almond flour.
You can use a seasoning of your choice.
