Method
- Wash mushrooms. Dry with a paper towel.
- Spray Air Fryer with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour egg or egg whites in a bowl. If using egg, whisk egg.
- In a separate shallow bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, and salt (or seasoning of choice)
- Dip mushroom in egg mixture, then almond flour mixture, and line coated mushrooms in the Air Fryer.
- Repeat until the Air Fryer basket is filled.
- Spray mushrooms with non-stick cooking spray.
- Air fry at 360 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Open basket. Using tongs, flip mushrooms. Air Fry for an additional 7-10 minutes.

NOTE:
-You will not use all the breading, so do know the nutrition counts may be lower.
-I put the portion at 4, but technically, it can be 6 servings!
-Yes, you can use crushed pork rinds.
