Method
- Spray Air Fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour egg or egg whites in a bowl. If using egg, whisk egg.
- Drain artichoke hearts. Using a paper towel, pat dry.
- In a separate shallow bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, and salt (or seasoning of choice)
- Dip artichoke in egg mixture, then almond flour mixture, and line coated artichoke hearts in the Air Fryer.
- Repeat until the Air Fryer basket is filled.
- Spray artichoke with non-stick cooking spray.
- Air crisp (or air fry) at 360 degrees for 7 minutes.
- Open basket. Using tongs, flip artichoke. Air crisp (or air fry) for an additional 7-12 minutes.
- Serve!
