Method
- Spray basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place frozen chicken burgers in the air fryer (Do NOT thaw).
- Spray top with non-stick cooking spray.
- Air fry (or Air Crisp) at 375 for 18-20 minutes, being sure to flip halfway through.
- Remove chicken burgers from the air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle with 1 tsp extra light olive oil and 1/2 tsp Redmond Real Salt or your favorite seasoning.
- Serve with low carb buns and condiments.
