Air Fryer Broccolini

My air fryer broccolini is the perfect low carb vegetable side for your weeknight dinner. With 3 simple ingredients, the entire family will be impressed with my broccolini air fryer recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb broccolini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 bowl medium sized
  • 1 knife
  • 1 tongs

Method
 

  1. Wash broccolini.
  2. Trim stems. Using a sharp knife, trim one inch off the broccolini stems.
  3. Place trimmed broccolini in a medium sized bowl.
  4. Add olive oil and Redmond Real Salt. Toss.
  5. Using tongs, place in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry (or air crisp) for 6-10 minutes, being sure to toss halfway through.
  7. Serve!

NOTES:
  • You can use more broccolini!
  • You can use your favorite seasoning!
