Air Fryer Fried Okra

Air fryer fried okra is a 3-ingredient, perfect vegetable side dish for the entire family. At under 4 grams of carbs per serving, my air fryer fried okra is perfect for those following a keto, low-carb, and gluten-free diet.

1 lb okra 2 tsp olive oil extra virgin 1 tsp salt
Wash and pat dry okra. Place okra in a medium bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over okra and toss with tongs.
Sprinkle Redmond Real Salt and toss.
Pour okra mixture into the air fryer basket.
Air fryer okra at 390 degrees for 12-14 minutes making sure to ‘shake’ the basket at 6 minutes.
Serve!!!
Things to note:
In my recipe, I used the Redmond Real Salt.
This recipe calls for 1 lob of okra, depending on the size of your Air Fryer, you may have to cook in 2 batches OR split the recipe in half.
