My air fryer broccolini is the perfect low carb vegetable side for your weeknight dinner. With 3 simple ingredients, the entire family will be impressed with my broccolini air fryer recipe.

1 Air Fryer
1 bowl medium sized
1 knife
1 tongs
- 1/2 lb broccolini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Wash broccolini.
Trim stems. Using a sharp knife, trim one inch off the broccolini stems.
Place trimmed broccolini in a medium sized bowl.
Add olive oil and Redmond Real Salt. Toss.
Using tongs, place in the air fryer basket.
Air fry (or air crisp) for 6-10 minutes, being sure to toss halfway through.
Serve!
NOTES:
- You can use more broccolini!
- You can use your favorite seasoning!
