Equipment

  • 1 crockpot

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 10 oz spinach frozen
  • 2 14 oz aritchoke hearts 2 cans
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tsp salt Redmond Real Salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
  • Serve with Keto Approved Chips (Parm Crisp, Whisp, or High Key Crackers)

  • I used PLAIN artichoke hearts, if you find marinated artichoke hearts, be sure to drain.
